Cherokee County Emergency personnel responded to the scene of a single-vehicle accident, on Highway 35 near County Road 718, late Tuesday afternoon.
The vehicle went off the roadway just south of Gaylesville, crashing into a wooded area just prior to 6:00pm.
Fortunately, no one was hurt – and as first responders arrived they encountered the driver out of the vehicle and walking around.
No word on what may have caused the driver to lose control.
