DOT Says Construction Crews Will Begin Work On Leesburg Bridge As Soon As Monday

Leesburg BridgeState Department of Transportation Supervisor Mark Terry contacted WEIS Radio News on Wednesday to give the public an update on the bridge work currently underway in Cedar Bluff.

Terry said that crews from P&H Stucco & Construction based out of Tarpon Springs, Florida are currently in the process of sandblasting and priming the two reserve bridges along the causeway in Cedar Bluff and painting should be complete as soon as Friday.

Terry said at that time the crew will then relocate to Leesburg where the same worked will be performed on the Leesburg Bridge, he said that barring inclement weather they hoped to be moved as soon as Monday.

Terry along with P&H Crews wished to express their thanks and appreciation to the Town of Cedar Bluff and to the many motorists for their patients and kind gestures as the work was being done.
