Damaged Window – Occurred at 100 Gault Ave N, a front glass window was damaged, valued at $500.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at 5721 Dunn Road NE, $410.00 was withdrawn without authorization
Theft of Property – Occurred at 104 19th Street NW, a set of bed sheets and a 20 ounce Mountain Dew were taken, valued at $26.45
Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, one Chap Stick was taken, valued at $1.50

Shannon Michelle Neil, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Theft of Property and Appearing in Public Under the Influence at 10:36 pm.
Roderick Jamaine Hart, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Pay Fines at 3:02 pm.
Margaret Denise Sellers, age 40 of Somerville, Ga, was arrested on a Warrant for Judicial Court Services at 3:12 pm.
Joshua Wade Hammonds, age 32 of Scottsboro, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 5:51 pm.
Johnathon Lee Driskill, age 26 of Sylvania, was arrested on Two Warrants for Outside Agency and a Warrant for Probation Violation at 8:33 pm.
