Jimmie Ray McMichen, 72, of Fort Payne passed away Thursday, March 27, 2014.   He was a retired brick mason.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Walkers Chapel Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Saturday from 4 until 8 p.m.

          He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Don Wells, son, Kyle McMichen; brothers, Gerald McMichen, Easton McMichen, and Wendell McMichen; five grandchildren; and several nieces and newphews.

          He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty McMichen in 2011.
