A Cave Spring man wanted on warrants out of Cherokee County, Alabama has been arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice.
39 year old John Scott Evans, was reportedly picked up at his home on Fincher Street, earlier this week.
He had four outstanding failure to appear warrants.
