U.S. Magistrate Walter Johnson ruled that two Rome, Georgia men will remain behind bars on federal explosives and firearms charges.
36-year old Brian Cannon and 28-year-old Cory Williamson, along with 45-year-old Terry Peace are accused of plotting to purchase explosives in order to sabotage power grids, wastewater treatment plants and other government entities.
They were arrested on last Saturday in an FBI-led operation with the assistance of several Northwest Georgia law enforcement agencies.
Attorneys for Cannon and Williamson said Peace was the ringleader.
Peace is scheduled to have his detention hearing on Monday morning.
