Charles Alfred Formby, Jr., age 65 of Leesburg, passed away Tuesday, January 28th in Birmingham.
Memorial services will be 7:PM Thursday, February 6th at Cedar Hill United Methodist Church with Rev. Kyle Bryan officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7:PM Thursday at the church.
Survivors include his son, Charles Alfred (Amanda)Formby III of Pensacola, FL; daughter, Cherri (Mark) Clark of Leesburg; brothers, James Formby of Centre, David Formby of Fort Payne; sisters, Theresa Lane (Ronnie) Benson of Piedmont, Martha Joy (Terry) Garrett of Birmingham; grandchildren, Blaze Clark, Blane Clark, Kyilann Clark, Macie Formby; several nieces & nephews.
Mr. Formby was a native of Cherokee County, the son of the late Charles Alfred and Sarah Ruth Davis Formby, Sr. and was a court reporter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
