Two Lindale residents are now calling the Floyd County Jail “home” after being arrested on drug charges.

Both 49 year old Bobby Dean Lindsey and 35 year old Nakia Marie Nelson, were arrested – after the Rome/Floyd Metro Task Force executed a search warrant at Nelson’s home.

A search of the premises turned up suspected meth, suspected marijuana, a metal smoking device and prescription pills.

Both Lindsey and Nelson have been charged with Trafficking Cocaine, Illegal Drugs, Marijuana or Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine and the Possession of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, the Possession of less than one ounce of Marijuana, the Possession & Use of Drug-Related Objects, and Drugs Not in Their Original Container).
