The driver of a tractor trailer that killed a Floyd County, Georgia Woman last month has turned himself in.
55-year old Jackie Dale Johnson of South Carolina is facing charges of vehicular homicide and failure to yield right of way.
Reports said that Johnson turned his truck into the path of Barbara Folwer of Armuchee, who was traveling north on Martha Berry Highway at Highway 140.
Fowler lived for eight days before succumbing to her injuries on July 22.
Johnson turned himself in on Thursday and was released on bond.
