It was a bad day for one DeKalb County man when Ft Payne Police Officers arrived to serve him with a harassment warrant.
Things went from bad to worse for 51 year old Rodney Dale Whitmire – after the officers arrived at his residence at 204 Wilson Drive SW in Ft Payne, they were led to an outbuilding, where they found not only multiple items used for the making of meth – but, a total of 71 marijuana plants as well.
Whitmire is being held in the Ft Payne City Jail awaiting bond on multiple drug charges.
