Mrs. Lola Stubbs, age 85 of 925 CO RD 239, Centre, AL passed away Monday, June 3, 2013 at Cherokee County Health Center. Mrs. Stubbs was born in Cherokee County, Alabama, daughter of the late Daniel Fife and the late Margaret Scudder Fife. She was a faithful member of Macedonia Baptist Church.

She is survived by 3 children, Danny and Coleman Stubbs, and Regina Majors; 6 grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 7, 2013 at 1:00 PM (CST) at Macedonia Baptist Church, Centre, AL with Pastor Keith Lambert and Rev. Tommy Price Officiating. The body will lie instate at the church from 12:00 PM (CST) until the service time. Interment will follow in Stubbs Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the residence, 925 CO RD 239, Centre AL.
