Three Ringgold, Georgia residents were arrested on drug charges in Cherokee County Tuesday.
Martin Oglesby, age 51 – Michael Lemming, age 37 – and Amanda Gann, age 35 – were charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree.
Gann was additionally charged with Fleeing/Attempting to Elude.
All three were booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center around noon Tuesday.
Bond for Oglesby and Lemming was set at $500 each; bond for Gann was set at $1,000.
