Cherokee County- There is a new deputy in town in Cherokee County.

Deputy Catly Itson was sworn in on Wednesday with the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department.

From the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office:

“Sheriff Shaver administered the oath of office to Catly Itson, who is a new deputy serving Cherokee County. She will begin the Sheriff’s academy next month. Please join Sheriff Shaver, Chief Deputy Summerford, & everyone at CCSO in welcoming her. ”
