Dekalb County- A Crossville man is behind bars in Dekalb County for the Murder of a child.

Bradley Banks, a 27 year old man from Crossville was booked in early on Thursday morning according to the Deklab County Sheriff’s Office inmate roster.

According to court documents, he was indicted on charges of murder and manslaughter of his 2 year old son. The case stemmed from the death of the young boy in a fire two years ago.

It was determined that Banks had started a fire while manufacturing drugs in the home. The cause of death was listed as carbon monoxide poisoning.
