Carl “Jack” Greene, age 94 of Leesburg, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2025, at his residence.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 03, 2025 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Perry Funeral Home with Bro. Don Barnett and Bro. Tommy Ledbetter officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00PM till time of service at the funeral home, burial will follow in Cedar Hill cemetery.
Pallbearers will include Carlton Greene, Wallace Lyons , Ben Stephens, Peyton Floyd, Barry Collins and Sid Garrett. Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Hale and Matthew Hale.
He is survived by his son, Kent (Denese) Greene and grandchildren, Cartlon Greene and Judson Greene.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife Imelda Greene, parents; Robert and Lydis Johnson Greene; brothers, Frank Greene and Ben Greene.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to ACG Hospice, the staff of Floyd Cherokee, DR. Barton Perry and staff, and to all the sitters and friends who helped take care of dad.
The family will accept flowers or donations can be made to Centre First United Methodist Church.
