In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Amanda Ivey, age 43 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of revoked bond and for failure to appear on previous charges of 2nd degree theft by deception and probation revocation.
Thomas Salmon, age 33 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of attempting to elude and bondsman off bond, as well as for failure to appear on previous charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and four counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Alisa Mullinax, age 65 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 3rd degree domestic violence.
Xavier Franks, age 28 of Jacksonville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge of obstructing justice false ID.
Carrie Adams, age 25 of Southside, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of probation violation and a court order.
Jamie Kimmons, age 41 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on previous charges of the possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of the possession of a controlled substance.
Jay Jones, age 40 of Rome, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.
Ruby Smith, age 67 of Rainsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.
Christy Hogue, age 44 of LaFayette, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of probation revocation.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 117 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
