In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Kimberly Lillard, age 44 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and the unlawful possession of prescription drugs.

Jeremy Bruce, age 47 of Rome, Georgia, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Ralph Hunter, age 65 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge of 4th degree theft of property.

Leslie Burkhalter, age 53 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Centre Police Department, on a charge of 2nd degree bail jumping.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 106 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
