A woman who was found deceased yesterday around noon at the boat ramp off of the Highway 9 Causeway between Centre and Cedar Bluff has been positively identified.
Netosha Leshae Moten Liggons, 37, of Centre was identified according to Cherokee County Coroner Paul McDonald.
He stated no further information was avaliable at this time.
The Cause of death remains under investigation, and we will update when more information becomes available.
