In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Brittany Todd, age 31 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge of 3rd degree theft of property.

Jerry Hincy, age 58 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 3rd degree domestic violence.

Aaron Williams, age 34 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department, on a charge of revoked bond.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 103 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
