In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Austin Hubbard, age 29 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of domestic violence-harassment and 3^rd degree domestic violence-criminal mischief.

Jana Morrison, age 43 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on previous charges of assault with bodily fluids, resisting arrest, and public intoxication.

Raul Alvarado, age 25 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Andrea Dutton, age 27 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 3^rd degree domestic violence-harassment.

James Ray, age 29 of Rome, Georgia, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on two unnamed previous charges.

Austin Harper, age 27 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 2^nd degree receiving stolen property.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 103 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
