Juan Vicente, age 55 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of driving under the influence.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 121 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
