In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Brent Sloman, age 47 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Danny Segers, age 47 of Centre, was arrested by AL Pardon and Parole on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, two counts of trafficking a controlled substance, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and probation violation.
Jordan Morris, age 26 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of attempting to elude, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and 3rd degree domestic violence.
Gracie Hunter, age 20 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Mitchell Battles, age 48 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of 3rd degree domestic violence and 3rd degree elder abuse.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 119 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
