In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Rachel Burlington, age 36 of Anniston, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 2nd degree escape and failure to appear on previous charges of four counts of bail jumping.
Hubert Perry, age 38 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of public intoxication.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 122 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
