In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Justin Davis, age 32 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on previous charges of 3rd degree burglary, 2nd degree theft of property, driving while revoked, and 3rd degree theft of property.
Carrie Adams, age 25 of Southside, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana and three counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance.
Waco Kean, age 47 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on previous charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and carrying a concealed weapon.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 126 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
