ATTALLA – Jake Middlebrooks tossed in 30 points to lead the Collinsville Panthers past Donoho 62-35 in the Cook Basketball Classic at Etowah High School in Attalla on Saturday.
Sylas Adams added 11 points for the Panthers. Gavin Lang rang for seven points. Sam Stewart and Bentley Jones both hit a pair of 3-pointers and finished with six points apiece.
Bruce Downey led Donoho with 14 points.
Collinsville jumped out to a 16-6 advantage at the end of the first quarter and led 29-13 at halftime. The Panthers held a 48-29 edge after three quarters.
