In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
James Zuber, age 54 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 3rd degree domestic violence-harassment.
Nikkia Enno, age 37 of Bessemer, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 4th degree theft of property and 3rd degree escape.
Kristy Williams, age 44 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a charge of illegal possession of debit or credit card and failure to appear on two counts of 3rd degree forgery.
Joshua Hunter, age 37 of Rockmart, Georgia was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a charge of obstructing justice false ID.
Nathan Wright, age 30 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of domestic-harassment.
James Shockley, age 62 of Ashville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of domestic-harassment.
Arrests are based upon probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 117 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
