In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Breanna Oglesby, age 25 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on two counts of discharging a gun into an unoccupied building or vehicle.
Kevin McMurray, age 42 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of probation violation and probation revocation as well as failure to appear on a charge of 1st degree receiving stolen property.
James Eline, age 53 of Centre, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department for failure to appear on a charge of 4th degree theft of property.
Arrests are based upon probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 118 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
