DOUGLAS – Nevaeh Gaidurgis netted 14 points to lead the Cherokee County Lady Warriors to a 51-16 basketball win at Douglas on Tuesday.
Libby Curry and Deannia Starr both tossed in nine points for the Lady Warriors (5-1). Curry’s points came on three 3-pointers.
Ellisan Givens added eight points. Vivian Connell finished with five points.
Cherokee County led 13-8 at the end of the first quarter and built a 25-12 advantage at halftime. The Lady Warriors led 35-15 after three quarters.
