On Wednesday December 4, 2024, Attorney General Steve Marshall will attend oral argument at the United States Supreme Court in U.S. v. Skrmetti concerning Tennessee’s law imposing age restrictions on sex-change procedures.
Attorney General Marshall filed an amicus brief with the Court that revealed how the medical guidelines the United States relies on to attack Tennessee’s law were manipulated to hide the fact that little to no evidence supports giving sterilizing drugs and surgeries to minors.
Attorney General Marshall will be available for remarks at the conclusion of oral arguments.
