GUNTERSVILLE – Maddie Clanton tossed in 16 points and grabbed 18 rebounds in leading the Sand Rock Lady Wildcats to a 56-50 basketball win over Section at Supreme Courts in Guntersville on Wednesday.
Peyton Johnson added 13 points and six boards for the Lady Wildcats (4-2). Molly Grace Lay collected 11 points, seven assists and three steals.
Macey Pruitt posted seven points. Kaylee Burns and Megan Smith both finished with four points.
Sand Rock hosts Ragland on Monday.
