GUNTERSVILLE – The Sand Rock Lady Wildcats dropped their season opening basketball game Saturday to North Jackson at the Supreme Courts in Guntersville. The score was 65-52.
Maddie Clanton led the Lady Wildcats (0-1) with 18 points and 19 rebounds. Kaylee Burns collected 11 points and 10 rebounds. Peyton Johnson delivered 10 points and seven rebounds. Molly Grace Lay finished with eight points and five assists.
Sand Rock hosts Fyffe on Tuesday.
