In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

TERRY HENDERSON age 36 of Cedar Bluff – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with two counts of Failure to Appear, on previous charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and also a Bond Revocation;

DEREK PARKS, age 35 of Gadsden – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Revoked Bond/the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance;

And

RYAN RHODES, age 25 of Gardendale was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police – charged with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 117 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
