In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

ANTHONY WILLIAMS, age 33 of Anniston – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – and charged with Failure to Appear on previous charges of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance – the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree;

HALEY NEAL, age 39 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – Grand Jury Indictment/Obstructing Justice – Using False ID/Identification;

RACHEL BURLINGTON, age 35 of Anniston, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Conditional Release Violation;

JAMIE BALL, 34 of Centre – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Possession with the Intent to Distribute, and also the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

JOHN HUDGINS 62 from Gaylesville was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree;

JENNIFER BEDWELL, age 41 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and charged with Failure to Appear on a previous charge of Speeding/Less than 25 Miles Per Hour.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and, all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 110 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
