CENTRE — The Cherokee County Lady Warriors lost a pair of home volleyball matches to area rival Alexandria and a county tournament rematch with Spring Garden. The Lady Warriors fell to Alexandria 18-25, 25-19, 24-26, 25-16 and 12-15. They lost to Spring Garden 21-25, 18-25 to drop their record to 32-13.
For the night, Macy Lea collected 52 assists, 10 digs, six kills, two blocks and an ace. Ava Haygood delivered 20 kills, 14 digs, four assists and two blocks. Jolie Alexander added nine kills, five blocks, three digs and two aces.
Ellisan Givens posted 50 digs, five aces and three assists. Nevaeh Gaidurgis came away with 19 kills, 13 digs, three assists, two aces and a block. Jesslyn Hincy had 13 digs and four aces. Lilly Shaw managed four blocks, four kills and a dig. Raegan Garmany finished with six kills, four digs and three blocks.
