Albertville Police have charged a man with First Degree Rape and Incest with a minor.
Juan Bruns Gutierrez-Ralios, age 29 is currently being held without bond in the Marshall County Jail – he was arrested on Tuesday. According to police – officers responding to a possible Sexual Assault on Monday morning found a victim who had run to a neighboring home for help; police questioned the victim, who identified Gutierrez-Ralios as the person responsible.
A preliminary hearing is set for that case on November 6th.
