In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

DANIEL FORD, 46 of Piedmont, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, for Failure to Appear on a prior SORNA/Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act Violation;

RAY BROOKS, age 48 of Cedar Bluff was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on a charge of Domestic Violence 3rd Degree Harassment;

And

AUSTIN HUBBARD age 28 of Centre was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Probation Violation (three counts).

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 104 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
