In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

JIMMY WARD, age 45 of Summerville, Georgia – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – for Failure to Appear on prior charges of Failure to Register a Vehicle – Improper Tail Lights – A Switched Tag – and also – No Tag/Trailer;

DAKOTA BUTLER age 29 from Leesburg was arrested by Centre Police on charges of Failure to Appear – on prior charges of Having an Expired Tag (two counts) and an Insurance Violation;

LISA TYLER, age 46 from Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, for Failure to Appear on previous charges of Driving with License Suspended – the Theft of Property 4th Degree – also DUI/Driving Under the Influence/Any Substance and also with DUI/Driving Under the Influence/Controlled Substance;

JOHNNY WASHINGTON age 68 of Centre arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance;

And

KENNETH REHFELDT, age 66 from Douglasville, Georgia, was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on charges of Theft of Property 4th Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 114 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
