In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Previous 24 Hours:

FELICIA KINARD age 54 of Gadsden was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Probation Revocation

And

RICHARD BARNWELL age 36 of Piedmont – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of Failure to Appear/Comply-Pay.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 102 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
