According to Alabama State Troopers one person was injured in a single-vehicle wreck occurring Tuesday morning in Cherokee County.
That mishap occurred when the driver of a 2011 Lincoln lost control and crashed at 9:24am on Highway 35 near Gaylesville. Reportedly, the driver was air-lifted for treatment following the wreck.
