In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Previous 24 Hours:

MARK HARDY, age 27 of Fayetteville, Tennessee – arrested by Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office officials for Failure to Appear on previous charges of Failure to Register a Vehicle, a Switched Tag, Driving While Suspended and Operating a Vehicle Without Insurance;

KAREN BLAIR, ago 60 Centre – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – and charged with Failure to Appear, on prior charges of Speeding (Less than 25 MPH);

MEGAN WALKER, age 31 from Gadsden, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – and is currently On Hold for another agency;

TIMOTHY TEEMS, age 63 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, charged with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance;

CARINA REED, age 45 of Centre, was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on the charges of Trafficking Methamphetamine – with the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (six counts) – and also the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

And

TYLER HEMBREE, age 26 of Taylorsville, Georgia – was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police and charged with DUI/Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol).

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 104 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
