In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Previous 24 Hours:

AUDRA CROFT, 41 of Piedmont – arrested by Centre Police, on the charge of Bail Jumping 2nd Degree;

LORI COLLINS, 54 from Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on the charges of Domestic Violence 3rd Degree/Trespassing and with Domestic Violence 3rd Degree/Harassing Communications;

ANN GREEN, age 72 of Gadsden was arrested by Leesburg Police, charged with DUI/Driving Under the Influence – Any Substance;

RICKEY NOBLITT, 59 of Boaz – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Conditional Release Violation;

And

RIC BRAY, age 49 of Piedmont – arrested by Centre Police, on a Probation Revocation.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 97 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
