In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the Past 24 hours:

JUSTIN GODFREY, age 33 of Piedmont – was arrested by the Centre Police Department – and charged with Failure to Appear/Driving While License Revoked;

NICKEY JENKINS, age 48 of Centre – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – and charged with Failure to Appear on the prior charges of both Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, and the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

RALPH MARTIN, age 64 of Rome, Georgia was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

JENNIFER FERGUSON, age 42 from Centre – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and was charged with Manufacture of a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree;

NATHAN MAYHALL, age 43 from Centre arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff‘s Office, and charged with Manufacture of a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 95 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
