In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the past 24 hours:

GREGORY STOKES, age 32 of Fort Payne arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of Harassing Communications.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 82 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
