In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

TIMOTHY WHITE, age 49 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on four charges of Failure to Appear/Traffic Offenses;

And

CHRISTAL WHITE, age 47 of Centre was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on charges of Failure to Appear on past counts of Driving While Suspended and also Speeding (less than 25mph).

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 82 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
