In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

FRANK SPRATLEY, age 43 of Biloxi, Mississippi, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of  Assault 2nd Degree;

PAUL BAKER, age 57 of Centre, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, on charges of Failure to Appear on a previous charge of Probation Revocation and also a Probation Violation for the Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

ZACHARY BATES, age 37 of Mentone – arrested by Cedar Bluff Police – on charges of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree – and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

SONNY RUCKER, age 44 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police – and charged with Failure to Appear – on the previous charge of Driving While License Cancelled;

And

PATRICK BAKES, age 32 of Cedar Bluff, arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, and was charged with Failure to Appear/Comply with the  Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 96 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
