In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

MEGAN BRYANT, age 32 of Fort Payne – arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – on charges of Failure to Appear, on the previous charges of Criminal Trespass 1st Degree;

JUSTIN MAYHALL, age 41 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a Bond Revocation;

ROBERT WEBB, age 68 of Piedmont was arrested by Centre Police and he was charged with – DUI/Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

And

BOBBY LANGLEY, age 45 of Gaylesville was arrested by Cedar Bluff Police on charges of – Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  Currently, there are a total of 106 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
