Forty future Sand Rock Lady Wildcats learn basketball skills

The Sand Rock Lady Wildcat basketball team hosted girls going into grades 3-7 in a camp on May 28-29. Current players and coaches led the future Lady Wildcats in stations, drills, games and competitions while teaching the fundamentals of the game of basketball. Forty young ladies left with more knowledge of the game and more importantly a ball and things they can do on their own to get better. Thank you to Owens Sporting Goods out of Rome, Ga., for sponsoring the camp.
