Mrs. Myrtle Mae Lea age 94 of Cedar Bluff passed away Sunday May 12, 2024 at her home.

A funeral service will be held Thursday May 16, 2024 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Perry Funeral Home, the family will receive friends from 12:00 PM till the time of service at the funeral home, burial will follow at Unity Baptist Church Cemetery.

Pallbearers include, Neil Lea, Jeremy Phillips, Greg Lea, James Harrell, Dale Richardson, Ricky Tallent.

She is survived by her son, Billy (Sandra) Lea, daughter, Joyce Harrell, 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe W. Lea, son Chris Lea, daughter, Marie Richardson, 4 Brothers and 5 sisters.

Mrs. Lea was the daughter of the late Tony and Odessa Sanford, a native of Cherokee County and of the Baptist Faith.
