In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

DAVID RECTOR, age 49 of Rolla, Missouri – was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – Grand Jury Indictment/Forgery 2nd Degree;

And

BAILEY BYERS, age 22 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office – and charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree.

Arrests are based upon probable cause – and all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently – there are 94 inmates that are housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
