GAYLESVILLE – Blakelea Hall tossed a one-hitter through four innings. She walked one and struck out four in Cedar Bluff’s 19-1 softball win at Gaylesville on Tuesday.
Anna Henderson collected three hits at the plate for the Lady Tigers, including a triple. She scored three runs and had two RBIs. Rylie Walker and Anslee Evans both had a pair of hits. Walker also walked, scored three runs and had a RBI. Evans added a pair of runs.
Za’Niya Kyle contributed a double, a run and two RBIs. Kylie Vadon also doubled, walked, scored two runs and had a RBI.
Ciana Smith collected a hit, two walks and three runs. Kaylyn Vadon and Jaycee Cagle both came away with a hit, a run and a RBI. McKenzie Kimmons came away with a hit and a RBI. Kindal Grace finished with a hit.
Sidney Smith had the lone hit and drove in the lone run for Gaylesville. Lydia Reynolds suffered the loss.
Gaylesville travels to Valley Head at 5 p.m. on Thursday. Cedar Bluff hosts Spring Garden on Thursday at 4:30 p.m.
